Refund and Returns Policy

Flowering Season accepts Returns and Exchange under the below scenarios only.

If the item received is damaged when received, kindly contact us on support@floweringseason.com or 074 321 4 123 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Raise your Returns/Exchange within 7 days of receiving the order only.

1. If the item mismatch, if we pack different color or size then we will refund/replace based on stock.

2. If the items are damaged in transit we will refund the amount or replace if the items are in stock. Based on the pictures sent by customer we will take a call on this. Decision of our team in this regard is final.

3.If the customer contacts after 7 days for returns/replacement, Flowering Season will not be catering these requests.

4. If customer cancels the order /rejects it during delivery (Paid order) after the item is shipped then we will deduct the shipping amount and refund the remaining amount.

5. If the pin code does not have COD option then customer has to pay online first and then we will dispatch the item. 

6. If the contact information is incomplete / customer does not pick our support team call and confirm the order, we will keep the order on hold. 

7. We do not return or refund Plants and Seeds. We pack them with the highest care. Any damages in transit is at your own risk. 

8. We are not responsible for any delays by courier companies during unavoidable situation. However our support team always helps to solve the issue. 

9. We are not responsible if you over pay the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill. 

10. Courier Company makes 3 attempts to deliver items. If the customer fails to receive the items will return back to us. If customer requests delivery again, additional charges may apply. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.
