Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:

– All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect the delivery of your order within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, invalid contact numbers

– For locations which are considerably remote or in difficult to reach areas, this may take between 9-14 working days. 

– If your address is in an unserviceable location, you will be notified about the same.

Delivery may face logistical disruption due to special circumstances such as the pandemic, G20 summit, etc.

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday). Excluding public holidays.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, security neighbour, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Brand is not responsible for damage after delivery.

For any complaints with regard to your order, please email at support@floweringseason.com within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Orders will be packed and dispatched based on the availability of the items. In case a product is not available our representative will contact you to get confirmation to proceed further

Store Pick Ups and One day delivery service are not available and we only deliver as our standard procedure

Our courier partner will be contacting you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
